Return Policy
Find-RAM is a B2B supplier of refurbished server memory modules. Our webshop is open to both business and private customers. Please note that different conditions apply depending on your customer type.
Business customers We do not offer a standard return window for business customers. However, we assess return requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to find a fair solution. Items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly delivered will always be resolved. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@find-ram.com.
Private customers (consumers) If you are a private individual purchasing outside of a professional capacity, you are entitled to the statutory rights as described below.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items Items that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use beyond initial inspection are not eligible for return. We also cannot accept returns on items damaged due to improper installation or incompatible systems.
European Union — 14-day cooling off period Private customers based in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This right does not apply to business customers.
Refunds If your return is approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact@find-ram.com.
